The Phone Casino sister sites 2023

Vegas Moose logo

If you’re looking for The Phone Casino sister sites, we have good news and bad news for you. The bad news is that The Phone Casino is generally thought of as the flagship casino of the Small Screen Casinos Limited iGaming platform. It’s been around for longer than any of the other casinos on the platform and is where a lot of the bonus and other features you’ll find at casinos in this family originated. In theory, that means that The Phone Casino is the best casino on the platform, and any step away from it is a step down. Theories aren’t always borne out in reality, though. If we were the conclude that The Phone Casino is the best casino on this platform, we’d have to disregard Vegas Moose – and we don’t want to do that.

Some people would say that the theme of Vegas Moose is a little frivolous. We’d prefer to think of it as eccentric. Whichever way you look at it, it has a whole lot more personality and charm than any of the other The Phone Casino sister sites. How could it not when its mascot character is literally a moose dressed up as Elvis Presley during his legendary tenure in Las Vegas in the 1970s? The moose even has the requisite aviator sunglasses and frills attached to his jacket! It’s only a two-dimensional cartoon, but it brings the site to life in a way that doesn’t happen at the other sites on the platform, which lack themes.

Like the other The Phone Casino sister sites, Vegas Moose has a portfolio of roughly six hundred casino games. There are games from a multitude of providers in that portfolio, but one provider gets more love from the casino than all the others, and that’s Pragmatic Play. We don’t know whether that’s because Pragmatic Play is more popular with players at Vegas Moose than any of the other providers or just because whoever curates the casino’s games collection loves Pragmatic Play, but you won’t find games by any other provider spotlighted on the Vegas Moose homepage.

Even on platforms where all the casinos have broadly the same platform of slots and games, there are some sites that are stronger or weaker than the rest. Bingo TG is the weakest of The Phone Casino sister sites. It didn’t have to be, but it’s been left in that position because of some amateurish mistakes that were made when the casino was put together. The mistakes are especially galling when you consider the fact that Bingo TG (full name: Bingo To Go) was taken offline for more than a year. Most people, including us, thought the site was gone forever. As it turns out, it was being redesigned to be launched anew. We don’t know what happened during that year, but the issues that exist with the site today should have been picked up.

The most glaring and obvious problem with Bingo TG is that the casino doesn’t appear to know what it is or what it wants to be. From its name and the first of its welcome promotions, it ought to be a bingo site. Players get fifty free bingo tickets when they join the casino, and “bingo” is the only clickable option in the site’s header. There aren’t any other gaming categories to choose from. That makes it all the weirder that there are multiple references on the Bingo TG homepage to the same free spins promotion that you’ll find at the other Phone Casino sister sites. We can’t verify whether there are any slots here or not, but if there are, they should be a lot easier to find.

The apparent promotion-to-games mismatch isn’t the only oversight at Bingo TG. The site claims to offer telephone-based customer service, but the telephone number is missing. There’s no live chat support option. The full terms and conditions of Bingo TG have been copied from those of The Phone Casino, but whoever copied them forgot to delete The Phone Casino’s name and replace it with Bingo TG, thus technically invalidating the terms of the entire casino. The whole site is a bodge job.

Red 7 Slots logo

If the reason you’re looking for The Phone Casino sister sites is that you want to play at a site that’s as close to The Phone Casino as possible in terms of games and content, Red 7 Slots is the one you want. It doesn’t have the zany approach of Vegas Moose, and as a result, it comes across as being much more serious about gaming. The more serious tone hasn’t come at the expense of promotions, though – the same familiar “one hundred free spins” promotion that exists at all The Phone Casino sister sites also exists here.

The biggest difference between The Phone Casino and Red 7 Slots – other than the name – is the choice of games that the casinos choose to showcase on their homepages. The Phone Casino goes for a fairly varied collection. Red 7 Slots, by contrast, prefers to focus on classic or traditionally-themed slots. All of the slots come from Pragmatic Play, which seems to be a given with Small Screen Casinos Limited sites, but the ones on the Red 7 Slots are super-basic. Gold Train and Joker’s Jewels are at the most traditional end of the Pragmatic Play portfolio, but there are plenty of players out there who prefer simple slots to flashy, bonus-laden slots, and that’s who Red 7 Slots is trying to appeal to.

Despite calling itself “Red 7 Slots,” Red 7 Slots is more than just a slots website. It’s a fully-fledged casino. There are around six hundred casino games at the site, but not all of them are slots. You’ll also find a large live casino and dedicated areas for live dealer games, scratch cards, roulette and blackjack. It may not specialise in any of those things, but the options are there if you want to make use of them.

The Phone Casino operator – Small Screen Casinos Limited

small screen casinos casinos logo

Small Screen Casino is one of several casino network companies that serve the UK market from a base in the Channel Islands – specifically Guernsey. There are advantageous tax conditions for casino operators in the Channel Islands, which is why you’ll find so many of them there. The company was incorporated in 2014 and attempted to carve out a corner of the iGaming market by specialising in making casino websites for smaller screens, hence the company’s name. Back then, if you wanted to make your casino site work on a mobile or tablet display, you’d have to code a new version of it. Multi-platform websites didn’t become standard until a few years later. For a while, Small Screen Casinos Limited was able to operate sites like Android Phone Casino, iPad Casino, Windows Phone Casino, plus a few more. All of those sites vanished as soon as their unique selling points ceased to exist, but the hardiest and most reliable are still standing. The Phone Casino is the oldest and most important of them. If this site ever falls, there won’t be any Phone Casino sister sites anymore.

Small Screen Casinos mostly makes casino sites for its own purposes, but it’s willing to make them for other people, too, so long as they have the budget to pay for the work. Plenty of UK-facing casino operators offer white-label casino services, and Small Screen Casinos Limited is one of their number. However, to date, it’s only ever come up with one white-label site. The site is Free Daily Spins, and it’s still up and running today. We’re not sure why it’s never been joined by another white-label site. Perhaps the operator has never attracted another customer – although we find that hard to believe.

The Phone Casino Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

On the face of it, the welcome promotion at The Phone Casino couldn’t be any simpler. You sign up to the casino, and you receive one hundred free spins as a gift. You don’t need to make any deposits in order to receive the free spins, and you won’t find your spins tied to any wagering requirements. If you win anything with the spins, the proceeds are yours to keep. There’s only one catch, though – the spins don’t have any cash value. Instead, they can only be redeemed on a game called Mr Wonga, which is exclusive to the Phone Casino sister sites. If you land a high score with your free spins, you win a prize. If you don’t, you win nothing at all. Still, there’s no guarantee you’ll win anything with “real” free spins, either.

Other Promotions

If you liked the sound of the welcome promotion at The Phone Casino, the good news is that you’ll get plenty more of it. The same promotion is triggered every time you log in and make a deposit at the site, with the same rewards each time. Those rewards might be “real” free spins or perhaps a few free scratch cards. You might win entry to big-money prize draws or instant cash. No matter what you win, it comes wager-free. In addition, The Phone Casino has free spins and cash incentives for players who refer friends or family to the casino. Additional promotions and bonuses are sometimes announced or given away on the casino’s social media channels, so it’s worth keeping an eye on them, too.

Top Games at The Phone Casino

Most of the Phone Casino sister sites focus on slots and games made by Pragmatic Play. The Phone Casino is a little different. It still has plenty of games from that provider in its archives, but it chooses to shine a light on other games – some of which arguably don’t need the spotlight. The most prominently-featured game at The Phone Casino, though, is Poltava: Flames of War by Elk Studios. It’s a very odd choice because it’s not a well-known slots game, and Poltava is a city in Ukraine. Given current events, it may not be the most sensible choice. Other slots and games you’ll find highlighted on the Phone Casino homepage include Bonanza Megaways – the mining-themed slots game that almost single-handedly began the trend for Megaways slots. Fluffy Favourites by Eyecon and Rainbow Riches by Barcrest are present and correct, too.

Customer Support and Licensing

The fastest way to get assistance at The Phone Casino is to call 02088 155093. The phone line is open between 9am and 10pm between Monday and Friday and then from 12pm to 8pm on weekends. Failing that, the support team can be contacted by email at support@smallscreencasinos.com. The Phone Casino is listed on the licence that Small Screen Casinos Limited holds with the UK Gambling Commission, no. 39397. The operator has no fines or sanctions on its licence as of the time of writing.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

if The Phone Casino lets itself down anywhere, it’s with the information it provides (or doesn’t provide) about withdrawal processing. Rather than offering precise turnaround for processing withdrawals, all the casino can tell us is that all requests are dealt with within one and five business days. The minimum sum for a withdrawal is £20, and a fee of £1 applies every time a withdrawal is made. It isn’t clear which of the casino’s deposit options also work for withdrawals, but we assume that it’s Trustly, Apple Pay, UK-registered debit cards, and Skrill. No other e-wallets are mentioned, so we assume that none are supported.

Final Thoughts on The Phone Casino

The Phone Casino’s welcome promotion is a touch misleading because the hundred bonus spins it offers aren’t really bonus spins as most people would understand them. They still give you a chance to win something without making a deposit, though, so perhaps we shouldn’t mark the site down for that. It’s a decent casino that’s been around for a long time, and it has a good collection of slots and games. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to enjoy playing here.

The Phone Casino Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about The Phone Casino. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

★★★★★
This is one of the best online casino experiences I’ve ever had. Sign-up took two minutes, my account was verified in less than a day, and my first withdrawal only took a few seconds. All their rules and policies are really clear. I don’t know why other people are complaining about the £1 withdrawal fee – it’s made clear when you join. Lucky Cloud, February 8th 2023. Source Trustpilot.

★★★★
I’ve had dreadful service from the Phone Casino. My account was frozen as soon as I deposited, after which I had to jump through hoops to get it back. It took days. It then took them twenty days to process a withdrawal. Maximum withdrawal sizes are restricted, so if you win big, it’ll take months to get it all out of the casino.Mr Campbell, February 8th 2023. ★★★★
Don’t deposit at this scam site. I opened an account here, sent off my verification information, and then started playing. I won £200, and they immediately closed my account. They tried to say I’m registered with GamStop, which I’m not. All their email replies are rude. The positive reviews here come from people who’ve been invited to write them.Caroline, February 7th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I’m off to a great start with The Phone Casino; I find their customer service to be really responsive. My first withdrawal was easy to make and arrived quickly.Margaret, February 2nd 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

My time at this casino has been great so far. There’s a good choice of games to pick from, and some of the games are free to play. Withdrawals so far have been quick. Philip, February 2nd 2023. Source Trustpilot.
