Spinzilla sister sites 2023

Zoes Bingo logo

You won’t come across many bingo or casino sites like Zoe’s Bingo. We’re not just talking about the context of Spinzilla sister sites there; we’re talking about the entire world of iGaming. Zoe’s Bingo tries to take the personal touch by presenting us with a site that looks like it was entirely hand-drawn, from the sketch of “Zoe” herself on the homepage to the floral decorations that appear around the drawing. We’d say that Zoe’s Bingo was unique if it weren’t for the fact that it’s a near-carbon copy of Katie’s Bingo, which is another of the Spinzilla sister sites, and first appeared about a year earlier.

Even though Zoe’s Bingo has a twin site, its approach to presentation and style clearly impressed quite a few people in the year of its launch. We say that because the site was the winner of the BingoPort Best New Bingo Site award in 2018, which is the same award that Katie’s Bingo won the previous year. We can only assume that the people who choose the winners of these awards have a “type” when it comes to iGaming sites. As pleasant as Zoe’s Bingo looks, there’s a twist in the tale in the form of the wagering requirements it places on its promotions, which can go as high as x80.

Queen Bee Bingo logo

You may not think that Queen Bee Bingo is a good match for you if you’re looking for Spinzilla sister sites. It is, after all, an iGaming site with “bingo” in its name rather than anything to do with casino games. Scroll down the Queen Bee Bingo homepage for far enough, though, and you’ll find that as well as its bingo entertainment, the site offers approximately three hundred slots. That’s as many as Spinzilla itself – or, at least, it was back when Spinzilla made its library visible. We’ll talk about that more during our review of the casino.

Having three hundred slots at Queen Bee Bingo means that the site is comparable to the smaller Spinzilla sister sites (and Spinzilla itself), but the true power of this site lies with its bingo portfolio. Unlike the slots portfolio, which is limited, the Queen Bee Bingo proposition includes nearly every big-money bingo room and game that this operator makes available on its platform. In stark contrast to Zoe’s Bingo, there are no wagering requirements on bonuses at Queen Bee Bingo. In fact, that puts Queen Bee Bingo in stark contrast to most of the Spinzilla sister sites.

Moon Games logo

There are a couple of design templates you’ll see more often than the rest among the Spinzilla sister sites, and the one in operation at Moon Games is the most commonly used of all of them. It’s not too bad to look at, but there are issues with it. Whenever you see a member of the Spinzilla sister sites family that looks like this, you can expect a few things from it. One of those things is that it’s unlikely to have any promotions other than the welcome promotion you see on its homepage. Another of those things is that it will have roughly five hundred games. Neither of these factors have to be bad things, so long as you go into the casino knowing them in advance.

Moon Games actually has a twin site among the Spinzilla sister sites, which is Moon Bingo. Moon Games is the only one of the two that got the memo about what the theme is supposed to be, though, as it has an astronaut on its homepage and a starfield in the background. If it’s your first time at Moon Games, you can claim as many as 555 free spins when you spin the special Moon Games bonus wheel as part of the welcome promotion. Don’t bank on getting that many, though – there are many segments to that wheel, and your chances of ending up with a smaller bonus are far higher.

Loadsa Bingo logo

The (digital) gentleman who appears on the homepage of Loadsa Bingo might look familiar to you, but not for any reason that has anything to do with bingo. He’s John Hunter, and he’s the star of the many Pragmatic Play online slots games that bear his name. Thus far, Pragmatic Play has never shown any interest in making bingo games featuring the same star. Why he’s there on the homepage of Loadsa Bingo is something we may never know, but then again, the themes of several of the Spinzilla sister sites don’t make any sense. Why should Loadsa Bingo be any different?

Loadsa Bingo is one of the most outstanding bingo sites on the Grand Battery Holdings Limited platform, offering more than one thousand free bingo tickets as part of its welcome promotion and never imposing any wagering requirements against those tickets or any of its other promotions. How does it fare as a slots casino, though? Well, it has over five hundred of them available. That comfortably puts it on par with most of the Spinzilla sister sites, whether they’re mostly based on slots or not. You can even use some of those aforementioned wager-free bonuses for playing slots if you so desire.

Bonnie Bingo logo

Bonnie Bingo looks more than a little like Wink Bingo, which we often say is the very best of all the Spinzilla sister sites if bingo is what you’re interested in. It uses the same graphical style, but it tones things down a little and uses red as a base colour rather than blue or white. It’s still easy on the eye, though, and its good looks might distract new players from the fact that its welcome promotion is a bit rubbish. Life at a bingo site should be about more than the promotions that it offers, though, and the fact remains that the Bonnie Bingo rooms are up there with the best you’ll see when you’re playing at Grand Battery Holdings iGaming sites.

We’re entirely aware that if you’re looking for Spinzilla sister sites, you’re going to be more interested in what Spinzilla’s like for slots than what it’s like for bingo rooms. Here’s what you need to know. Bonnie Bingo comes with that same now-familiar package of five hundred online slots that we’ve just seen at Loadsa Bingo. There’s even listed in the same order, which is an easy way of confirming that they’re the same package. Given that they’re the same slots, you’d be better off playing them at Loadsa Bingo because of the superior quality of the promotions there.

Spinzilla operator – Grand Battery Holdings Limited

grand battery casinos logo

In 2022, a rising star quickly ascended to the summit of the UK iGaming industry as Grand Battery Holdings Limited emerged as the scene’s biggest (by volume) operator, with an impressive portfolio of sites. This impressive achievement can be attributed to 888 UK Limited’s sudden departure from the bingo market to focus on the blooming online sports betting industry in the USA. This led to the auction of over two hundred sites, including their entire bingo portfolio. While numerous casino network companies expressed interest, it was Dublin-based Broadway Gaming Limited that emerged as the highest bidder, entrusting the management of the sites to Grand Battery Holdings Limited. After conducting an exhaustive performance review, Grand Battery Holdings Limited closed down the sites among the 200 that weren’t strong performers early in 2023. Despite the loss of these sites, the acquisition deal, worth £38m, is widely praised as a sound investment by Broadway Gaming Limited.

When Broadway Gaming Limited acquired the 888 Group’s sites, it faced a unique regulatory challenge. The company was wary of associating the newly acquired assets with its existing UK Gambling Commission license due to possible compliance issues. In response, Broadway Gaming came up with a creative solution: the establishment of Grand Battery Holdings Limited, a new entity with a separate UKGC license to oversee the newly acquired sites. This move was yet another shrewd piece of business from Broadway, proving its ability to navigate the sometimes challenging regulatory side of the online gambling industry. Grand Battery Holdings Limited’s separate existence is a mirage, though; its registered business address is the same as that of the company that created it. Its only reason to exist is to effectively shield Broadway Gaming from any regulatory concerns related to its expensively acquired assets.

Spinzilla Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

Thanks to a badly-thought-out April 2023 update, it’s impossible to say what the welcome promotion at Spinzilla is. The promotion was never a knockout before that month, but the entire casino is now locked up behind a registration screen. Unless you register to play at Spinzilla, you don’t get to see what it has to offer in terms of either promotions or bonuses. We registered with the casino for the sake of writing this review, but we were still unable to see any welcome promotions at all. For that reason, we have to concede that it’s possible no such promotions exist.

Other Promotions

We’re tempted to say, “see above.” Even though we registered with the casino, we didn’t have any promotions or bonuses spelt out to us in detail. The homepage of the new Spinzilla says that players can unlock prizes by playing daily, but it doesn’t say what those daily prizes might be. Is this a temporary issue? Have the promotions at Spinzilla been downgraded? Why are all the promotions and games at the side hidden behind the login process? We wish we had answers to these questions for you, but we don’t.

Top Games at Spinzilla

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, you can’t see any of the slots or games at Spinzilla until you register an account and log in. When you do, you’ll see that the top two games are Starburst and Slingo Starburst. We appreciate the status of NetEnt’s Starburst as the most popular online casino game of all time but talk about making obvious choices. We suppose that the presence of the Slingo version of the game is a helpful reminder to new players that there are Slingo games to be played at Spinzilla, but a different Slingo game could have been chosen. The less obvious choices in the top games section are 99 Time by Eyecon and 9 Masks of Fire by Gameburger Studios, which at least illustrates that there’s range in the portfolio beyond the obvious few.

Customer Support and Licensing

There are three prongs to the customer support system at Spinzilla; the 24/7 live chat service, its telephone support team on 0800 018 3307 (8am to 12am), and email support via support@spinzilla.com. Again, these options can only be seen once you’ve logged into the casino. Spinzilla’s UK Gambling Commission licence is held via its operator Grand Battery Holdings Limited under reference 58267. The operator acquired the licence in February 2022 and has kept it free of fines and warnings ever since.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Players at Spinzilla may find themselves feeling a bit handcuffed by the limited withdrawal options, which only include PayPal e-wallets and debit cards. This can be annoying for those who prefer more flexibility when it comes to withdrawal methods. On top of that, the mandatory 48-hour processing period for all transactions can make the payout process feel longer than it needs to be. As if that weren’t enough, PayPal withdrawals can take an extra 2-3 business days to clear, while debit card withdrawals can take up to five business days, making the payout process snail-paced. This substandard process is a letdown for players who value fast payouts and falls short of the standards set by other top UK online iGaming sites on different networks.

Final Thoughts on Spinzilla

Whenever we write reviews of online casinos, we try to write from the perspective of new players arriving at the casino for the first time. If we’d stuck to that with our review of Spinzilla, we’d have had nothing to say about it because there would be nothing to see until we registered with the casino. Showing players literally nothing in terms of promotions or games until they’ve registered seems crazy in the modern era, and it’s hard to imagine Spinzilla attracting any new players so long as this remains the case.

Spinzilla Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about Spinzilla. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

Spinzilla has barely been reviewed on any major review websites by players in the past and hasn’t been reviewed by any at all in the past twelve months. We don’t like to bring readers reviews older than that, as they might not reflect the casino in its current format. If more Spinzilla reviews appear in the future, we’ll feature them here – but we’re not holding our breath.
