Mr Vegas Casino sister sites 2023

Ted Casino logo

You don’t need a gimmick to make a casino site feel appealing, but it often helps. With the benefit of hindsight, Ted Casino probably wishes it had a gimmick. The name lends itself perfectly to a cheerful theme using teddy bears, but the designers of Ted Casino haven’t done that. Instead, they’ve served us a completely plain iGaming site with no distinguishing features. It’s not so bad if viewed in isolation, but you’re here looking for Mr Vegas Casino sister sites. If you move straight from Mr Vegas Casino to Ted Casino, you’d be forgiven for double-checking to see if you’ve moved anywhere at all. Both casinos use the same template, and the template has been applied the same way in both places. Even the big banner graphics that promote the bonuses on the home pages are the same in both places. It’s functional, but it’s forgettable.

Pots of Gold logo

You’ll know what to expect from Pots of Gold straight away based on its name if you’re not a newcomer to the online casino scene. It’s an Irish-themed casino, and it’s one of three or four Mr Vegas Casino sister sites that share the same theme. If the Irish theme particularly interests you, and you’re wondering which of ProgressPlay Limited’s Irish-themed casinos to play at, this is the one that would get the nod from us. There isn’t much room to include a theme at these template-driven casinos because they’re so rigid, but Pots of Gold stands out from the crowd because of the enormous pot of gold coins on its homepage, perched beneath a rainbow. You’ll find a few Irish-themed slots in the “featured games” section of the casino site, too. They’re right underneath the splash graphic. Peel away the theme, though, and Pots of Gold is the same as both Mr Vegas Casino and Ted Casino.

Winston Bet logo

Based on sight alone, it’s tempting to write off Winston Bet as another iteration of the ProgressPlay Limited template and classify it alongside the other two Mr Vegas Casino sister sites we’ve looked at thus far in this list. Look a little closer, though. Winson Bet has the same portfolio of live dealer games and slots as Mr Vegas Casino, but it has a whole extra wing added to its website. It offers sports betting. In fact, it’s primarily a sports betting site – it just happens to have a casino bolted onto it. Winson Bet is one of several ProgressPlay sports that have launched since 2020, but more money has been spent on promoting this one than has been spent on the others so far. It hasn’t yet “gone mainstream,” as in, the average sports bettor is unlikely to have heard of it, but don’t bet against that changing in the near future.

Dazzle Casino logo

Some of the Mr Vegas Casino sister sites have been online for considerably longer than others. ProgressPlay Limited opened in 2012, and Dazzle Casino went live the same year. That means that Dazzle Casino must have been one of the first iGaming sites that the operator ever came up with. As such, it should have been treated with more respect than it has been. Dazzle Casino has been allowed to go stale, and we gold ProgressPlay as responsible for that as whichever white-label partner of ProgressPlay is responsible for the casino’s day-to-day operations. If you want an indicator of how badly behind the times Dazzle Casino is these days, consider the “new games” that are highlighted on its homepage. One of them is Starburst. It might be the greatest slots game of them all, but that doesn’t change the fact that it came out in 2013 and has no business in a “new games” category.

Casino Kings logo

Casino Kings is an option to consider if you enjoy the slots and games available to you at Mr Vegas Casino but you’d like to play them in a different environment. As we’ve pointed out already, a lot of the Mr Vegas Casino sister sites look virtually indistinguishable from Mr Vegas Casino itself. Casino Kings doesn’t have that problem. It has all the same iGaming categories, including live dealer games, slots and even scratchcards, but it doesn’t display them the same way. This is a more “relaxed” style of site. It doesn’t use scrolling banners to promote its bonuses quite so aggressively, and it feels more laid-back in its approach. It’s not a challenging or complicated design, but it’s easy to see where all the options are, and it’s unpretentious. Casino Kings welcomes players of all budgets and even has a “casual games” section where you’ll find a few “casino lite” games that can be played with very low stakes.

Monkey Casino logo

You could be forgiven for thinking that Monkey Casino is as old as Dazzle Casino is, but it isn’t. Monkey Casino and Dazzle Casino look every bit as dated and behind-trend as each other, but there are six years between them. This site went live in 2018, and casinos that went live in 2018 ought to look a lot better than Monkey Casino does. The homepage is as generic as generic comes. It’s one of the few Mr Vegas Casino sister sites that would actually be improved if they were switched to the same template as Mr Vegas Casino rather than being left as they are. Like Ted Casino, Monkey Casino has a mascot problem. Its name suggests that there should be a cute or otherwise endearing animal character on the homepage to welcome players to the site, but there’s nothing. The fact that bonuses and promotions at the casino are listed in multiple currencies makes us think that the UK market isn’t a huge priority for Monkey Casino anyway.

Bet Screamer logo

Bet Screamer” is a great name for a sports betting site. Not only can you tell from the name that this is a site for people who want to bet on sports, but you can also tell which sport the site specialises in. “Screamer” is used exclusively to describe exciting goals in football – you won’t hear it used in reference to any other sport. Just in case people don’t get the message, though, the Bet Screamer splash graphic is a happy-looking footballer sliding on his knees across the turf to celebrate a goal. Bet Screamer comes with casino facilities, but similarly to Winston Bet, the casino is a secondary concern. Another similarity between Bet Screamer and Winston Bet is that they’re both Mr Vegas Casino sister sites that went live in 2020 despite there being so few sports to place bets on that year. Both did well to survive.

Mr Vegas Casino operator – ProgressPlay Limited

progressplay casinos logo

Mr Vegas Casino is a middling iGaming site as far as ProgressPlay Limited is concerned. By that, we don’t necessarily mean that it’s average by the operator’s standards (even though it is); we mean it was launched almost smack-bang in the middle of the operator’s existence to date. ProgressPlay Limited was founded in 2012, choosing Malta as a base of operations because of the ideal tax conditions that exist there for casino network companies. That’s why there are so many of them on the island. ProgressPlay demonstrated its ambition almost straight out of the gate by quickly following up its MGA licence with a UKGC licence, and then other licences permitting it access to territories all over the world. As of the time of writing, ProgressPlay casinos are available in every regulated market in Europe, plus further afield as far as Japan to the east and Canada to the west. This company is a big deal.

Although ProgressPlay Limited has made literally hundreds of casino and betting sites, including 200 that are or were once available in the UK marketplace, it almost never makes those sites for itself. They’re usually made for someone else – a third-party individual or company who’s paid for ProgressPlay’s turnkey white-label services. A lot of casino network companies offer services along these lines, but very few have had as much success with it as ProgressPlay has. If there’s a downside to this business model, it’s the fact that third parties are as likely to back out as they are to buy in. That explains why ProgressPlay Limited’s UK portfolio is down to around 130 casinos from its high of over 200. it’s still one of the biggest operators in the domestic market, though.

Mr Vegas Casino Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

This casino does a very good job of making its welcome promotion sound more generous than it actually is. The graphic on the Mr Vegas Casino homepage proudly advertises a £400 matched deposit welcome promotion, but unlocking all £400 is far from easy. First deposits are matched at just 30% up to £200. That drops to 25% for second deposits (also capped at £100) before going back up to 30% for third deposits with a cap of £200, thus making up the £400. That’s a lot more spending than you’d expect to have to make for a matched deposit welcome promotion, and the x50 wagering requirement attached to it makes it worse.

Other Promotions

All of the Mr Vegas Casino sister sites (with one or two exceptions) have access to the operator’s “Rewards Store,” and Mr Vegas Casino isn’t one of the exceptions. Players who complete the missions that the casino sets for them receive reward points and reward points can be traded in for prizes in the store. There are other ways to pick up reward points, including tournaments, other promotions, and even normal gameplay. Prizes on offer are fairly typical, from free spins packages to matched deposits of various values.

Top Games at Mr Vegas Casino

While games from other operators are available, Mr Vegas Casino is primarily a Microgaming casino. That’s why Thunderstruck II is the top slots game featured on the Mr Vegas Casino homepage, despite the fact that the Norse-themed game is now more than a decade old. The Irish-themed 9 Pots of Gold is in second place and offers big jackpots for players who can coax multiple scatter symbols into landing on the same spin. It’s by Gameburger Studios, but Gameburger Studios is one of Microgaming’s junior partners. The third-placed game offers something completely different – it’s Evolution Gaming’s Dream Catcher, which is a live wheel of fortune game played with a real host.

Customer Support and Licensing

You can access assistance at Mr Vegas Casino with one click of the “support” button. None of the support you’ll find there is live, though. The FAQ section has information on the most common queries, but if you need to speak to someone directly, you have to drop a message in the chat window and wait for someone to reply to you. The casino can’t guarantee that anyone will be there at the exact moment you need them. For less urgent queries, email customersupport@instantgamesupport.com. This email address is the same for all the Mr Vegas Casino sister sites. As a ProgressPlay Limited casino, Mr Vegas Casino is covered by the operator’s UK Gambling Commission licence (39335). The operator paid the UKGC a settlement figure of £175K in May 2022 after accepting the findings of a UKGC investigation. The regulator had determined that standards weren’t being met with regard to preventing money laundering on the ProgressPlay platform and interactions with potentially vulnerable players.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Withdrawal fees are frowned upon in the modern iGaming age, but Mr Vegas Casino charges up to £3 per withdrawal (based on 1% of the transaction) anyway. Despite taking money, it can’t give you instant withdrawals. The standard processing time for the casino to handle a request is one full working day, after which there’s another wait for transfer of funds to take place. That will only be one business day if you’ve asked for your money to be sent to a Neteller e-wallet but goes up to three days for ecoPayz e-wallets. PayPal and debit cards have the same quoted turnaround – three to seven business days.

Final Thoughts on Mr Vegas Casino

Mr Vegas Casino is clearly supposed to have an old-world Las Vegas theme but doesn’t do a particularly good job of getting the theme across. It also doesn’t do a particularly good job of getting money to customers in a timely fashion. If you’re not in a hurry and don’t mind paying for withdrawals, though, its games portfolio is excellent.

I’ll give Mr Vegas Casino one star because it has a good selection of games. However, it’s become impossible to win bonuses here in recent times. I’m still playing the same game, but I’m not getting the same results. I don’t know what’s happened.Natasha, August 27th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

Mr Vegas Casino is dreadful. I enjoy a good casino site, but this one is awful. It’s hard to navigate, and if you try to make deposits from inside games, you get kicked out. It just isn’t fun. Lynette, April 17th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
