Mayfair Casino sister sites 2023

Jackpot Mobile Casino logo

If you’ve been playing at online casinos for ten years or more, you’ll be able to remember a time when casinos like Jackpot Mobile Casino were one hundred per cent necessary. They were tailor-made for players who wanted to play on mobile devices because the mobile devices of the time weren’t capable of loading “proper” casino websites or their games properly. For a while, mobile-orientated casino games were commonplace. As technology has improved, most of them have fallen by the wayside. Only a select few remain, and Jackpot Mobile Casino is one of them.

If it weren’t for the name “Jackpot Mobile Casino,” you’d struggle to identify this casino as a former “mobile casino” site based on its appearance. It’s been through several redesigns since it launched and now looks more like a “full” casino than most of the other Mayfair Casino sister sites. A few elements of its former guise remain, though – not least in its bonuses. While the welcome promotion at Jackpot Mobile Casino is solid enough, there are no further promotions at the casino. That means Jackpot Mobile Casino might be fun to play with for a while, but you’re unlikely to want t stay with it long-term unless bonuses don’t matter to you.

Windfall Casino logo

There are three or four Mayfair Casino sister sites that look like Windfall Casino. The design of this casino site can be thought of as Grace Media’s basic standard. It’s a neat, simple design with no stand-out elements, but all the buttons and menu options are easy to find, and everything works. Windfall Casino actually makes more of an effort to decorate its homepage than quite a few of the other casinos on the platform, as it has a nighttime image of Las Vegas in the background. It won’t win any points for originality, but it’s enough to brighten things up a little.

The lower-tier Mayfair Casino sister sites don’t have any live casino games attached to them. Windfall Casino is one of them. In fact, it doesn’t even have any basic table game simulators. The only games you’ll find at Windfall Casino are slots. It’s a good place to find brand-new slots, and the category selections also make it easy to find Megaways slots if that’s your bag. The confusingly-named “Welcome Slots” tab is actually full of time-honoured, well-established classics like Fluffy Favourites, Wolf Gold, and almost all the other big-name slots of the past ten years you can think of.

Fruity Wins logo

Every casino network has a pecking order. Even if there aren’t huge differences between the top and the bottom, there’s a weakest casino and a best casino. The best of the Mayfair Casino sister sites is, in the eyes of most players, Planet Rock Casino. In our eyes, the weakest of them is Fruity Wins. That has nothing to do with the theme or appearance of the casino, though – it’s clearly an attempt to evoke a sense of nostalgia, with liberal use of fruit symbols and images of classic fruit machines in the background. Fruity Wins looks inviting, but we’re not sure that you should take it up on its invitation.

The big problem we have with Fruity Wins is that the website is full of either confusing or outdated information. It can’t even decide which welcome promotion it’s currently running with. The one listed on the “promotions” page is worth £1000 in matched deposit bonuses, which would make it the most lucrative promotion of all the Mayfair Casino sister sites, but on the homepage, it’s listed as being worth only half of that. Some of the other promotions are clearly supposed to be seasonal, but the expiry dates on them are in 2020, and yet they’re still presented as if they’re active and current. This is a casino site that’s in dire need of maintenance.

Jungle Spins logo

Quite a few of our readers will have fond memories of playing at Jungle Spins, which was a popular slots site for a while. Before it was picked up by Grace Media Limited and became one of the Mayfair Casino sister sites, it belonged to Nektan. When Nektan closed down, Grace Media swooped in and acquired the operator’s most popular iGaming sites. It made sense to pick up Jungle Spins, and so it did. That should have meant that the casino, with its fun, cartoonish jungle theme, remained available to players in the UK. For a short time, it was. That’s no longer the case.

Grace Media went through some significant changes in 2022, which you can read more about below. Plenty of casinos were closed down that year, but some others were pulled out of the UK market while remaining available elsewhere. For reasons we can’t be sure of, Jungle Spins is among the ranks of those that were withdrawn. Try to load the Jungle Spins casino site from a UK IP address, and you’ll be told that the casino is no longer accessible in your location. It was never one of the outright most popular casinos in the UK, but it’s still a shame that we’ve lost out on it.

Belgravia Casino logo

Whoever designed Belgravia Casino might have been trying to pull the wool over people’s eyes. As some of you will be aware, there’s a real Belgravia Casino in London. There’s also a real Mayfair Casino in London. That might lead you to believe that Belgravia Casino is the most perfectly matched of the Mayfair Casino sister sites, as the two sites have so much in common. That’s not what’s going on here, though. Mayfair Casino might be the official online casino of the real Mayfair Casino, but Belgravia Casino is not the official online presence of the real Belgravia Casino.

We’re surprised that Belgravia Casino has been allowed to remain online in its current format because the real brand belongs to Grosvenor Casino, which has iGaming sites of its own. Perhaps it’s just the right side of the line to remain clear of copyright issues. Without that connection, though, it’s just another one of the Mayfair Casino sister sites, designed in a style very similar to that of Windfall Casino. It’s OK, but it doesn’t deliver the kind of bespoke VIP experience that you might expect when you see the casino’s name. Fans of big bonuses might get some joy out of the welcome promotion, all the same.

Mayfair Casino operator – Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited

grace media casinos logo

Grace Media Limited is still a very young company when compared to some of the other big names in the UK iGaming market. It formed in 2019, by which time the market was highly competitive to the point of being saturated. That didn’t put the people behind the company off. They knew what they were doing, as they had four decades of relevant casino industry experience between them – and they were here to shake up the scene. Manchester was chosen as a base of operations for Grace Media at first, but it wasn’t long before that changed. The Manchester office is still open, but the powers that be at the company decided that it would be more financially efficient to run an iGaming business if its head office was in Gibraltar. Accordingly, Grace Media’s Gibraltar office opened in 2022. The company’s full name is now Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and a new UK Gambling Commission licence was applied for and received to reflect the changes in the company’s structure.

It’s not totally unheard of for Grace Media to build casino websites of its own, but it’s a rare event. Instead, you could describe the company’s approach to expanding its network as “grave robbing.” It picks over the bones of other casino network companies that have closed down, acquiring the best of their casinos. The majority of the casinos that are still active on the Grace Media platform were drawn from one of either Nektan or ElectraWorks – two big names of the past that are no longer with us. We say “still active” because in 2022 – a year of huge change for the company – Grace Media permanently closed more than eighty casino and betting sites so it could better focus on its remaining core range of approximately forty.

Mayfair Casino Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

If it weren’t for its ugly-as-sin homepage, Mayfair Casino would be thought of as the most glamorous of the casinos on the Grace Media Limited iGaming sites. There’s a touch of glamour about its welcome bonus, though. Through a series of three deposits, players can claim £500 in bonus funds. The first deposit a new player makes at Mayfair Casino is matched 100% up to a limit of £100, followed by a 50% match up to £100 on their second deposit and a further 50% match up to £300 on their third. To sweeten the pot, 100 free spins are also dished out with deposit one, plus twenty-five more on deposits two and three.

Here’s the small print. Free spins can only be redeemed on one of three of the casino’s top slots (more information about that can be found below in the “top games at Mayfair Casino” section). All bonus funds, including winnings generated by free spins, must be wagered x30 before they turn into withdrawable cash. The limit on bonus conversion is x4.

Other Promotions

Right across the range of Mayfair Casino sister sites, you’ll find that there aren’t as many ongoing promotions as you’d like there to be. Mayfair Casino has a few, but they come and go with such regularity that those you’ll see when you visit the site probably won’t be the same as the ones we saw when we were writing this review. As an example, though, we saw a promotion where players can claim 30 free spins on a selected range of slots in return for a deposit of £10. The promotion can be claimed three times, so there are 90 free spins up for grabs that way.

Top Games at Mayfair Casino

Let’s go back to the welcome promotion. We said that the bonus spins that come with it can only be redeemed on three slots. Those three slots are all by NetEnt. The choices are Starburst, Finn and the Swirly Spin, and Aloha: Cluster Pays. As such, these can be considered the casino’s top slots. Starburst is one that won’t need an introduction, but it’s possible you’ll never have seen a slots game like Finn and the Swirly Spin before. You might be able to guess from the name that it has an Irish theme, but there aren’t too many slots out there where the usual grid is replaced by a constantly-turning wheel. Compared to that, the cluster pays system and exploding symbols in the Hawaiian-themed Aloha: Cluster Pays seem positively restrained.

Customer Support and Licensing

The live chat service at Mayfair Casino is supposed to be available at all times, so that’s the easiest way to get in touch with the casino for assistance. There’s a button in view at all times, but if you accidentally close it, you’ll find a link to the chat service in the support menu. You’ll also find a phone number – 07588735874 – which you can text if you can’t get through to anyone on chat. UK Gambling Commission licence no. 57869 covers Mayfair Casino and is held by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. There were no fines or warnings attached to the licence when this review was written.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Withdrawal processing is the biggest area where Mayfair Casino lets itself down. It supports Visa and Mastercard debit cards so long as they’re UK-registered and also supports MuchBetter and PayPal e-wallets. It even permits withdrawals via Trustly, which is an intermediary banking service. However, it doesn’t work quickly. Regardless of the selected method, the minimum turnaround for a withdrawal is two business days. The casino will try to get your money to you within five business days at the latest, but plenty of players will think that’s not good enough.

Final Thoughts on Mayfair Casino

Mayfair Casino isn’t as impressive as it thinks it is or as it ought to be. There was an opportunity here to give the casino a big-time feel, but it looks generic. You’ll like Mayfair Casino if you already like the Mayfair Casino sister sites, but there’s nothing about it that makes it stand out from them.

Getting a withdrawal from here takes forever. They never respond to me, and my PayPal withdrawal request has been pending for four days. Good casinos pay out in a couple of hours.Danny, January 11th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

The casino is a total scam; stay away from it. My account’s been blocked, and nobody can tell me why. Every agent says something different. This is the worst UK casino I’ve played at.Olli, December 3rd 2021. Source – Trustpilot.

I reckon this casino’s a scam. I was asked for additional documents after months of using my account. I sent them exactly what they asked for, but they did nothing with the information for months and then shut my account without giving me a reason.Fei, November 25th 202`1. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★★
I think this is actually one of the better white-label casinos on the market. People who’ve been to London know what “Mayfair” means. This casino is worthy of the name and provides an excellent iGaming experience. Tamara, November 5th 2021. Source Trustpilot.
