Kitty Bingo sister sites 2023

Grosvenor Casinos logo

On the Rank Interactive platform, there are two casino sites that stand out from the rest: Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos. The latter refers to itself with an “s” at the end of its name, which doesn’t make a lot of grammatical sense, but that’s how it’s displayed on its website. In contrast to most of the Kitty Bingo sister sites, Grosvenor Casinos exudes high class with its five-star-casino appearance. The casino’s exclusive games with live dealers are prominently displayed in a highlight box in the centre of the homepage, with an additional tier of live dealer games and live game shows to be found directly below it. While the live dealer experience is undoubtedly one of the site’s main attractions, Grosvenor Casinos offers more than just that, boasting the largest selection of slots among all the casinos on the Rank Interactive network. Additionally, it’s the only site on this platform to include sports betting.

Regal Wins logo

The big move from Daub Alderney to Rank Interactive didn’t result in any improvements for any of the shuttered network’s former bingo or casino sites, and Regal Wins suffered more than nearly any of the Kitty Bingo sister sites, with only Lucky VIP and Lucky Pants Bingo left in as shoddy a state by the move. Regal Wins was once a highly regarded casino on the platform, designed in a manner consistent with the “regal” status suggested by its name. However, the casino’s current state is no reflection of its past glories. The homepage of Regal Casino has been left so empty that you might at first wonder whether it’s loaded properly. There’s nothing on the homepage that might attract a player’s attention save for its games. Since the same games are available at most other Kitty Bingo sister sites, Regal Wins lacks anything that might resemble a unique selling point.

Lucky Pants Bingo logo

Lucky Pants Bingo is another one of the former Daub Alderney Limited iGaming sites, which means it’s also been through the same redesign process as Regal Wins. As we’ve already covered, this redesign process didn’t go well for any of the Kitty Bingo sister sites that came from Daub Alderney. Lucky Pants Bingo used to be big on personality. It relied on its quirky, in-your-face sense of humour to attract players. There’s none of that humour left now – the homepage of Lucky Pants Bingo has virtually no sense of personality or individuality at all. Its saving grace is that it still has access to all of the same bingo rooms, which are as good as ever, but it’s now on the same platform as Mecca Bingo and looks third-rate – at best – when the two sites are compared.

Lucky VIP logo

A couple of paragraphs ago, we mentioned that Regal Wins lost all the trappings of its “regal” status when it moved to the Rank Interactive platform from the old Daub Alderney platform. The same can be said of Lucky VIP’s “VIP” fixtures and fittings. A few words might come to mind when you land on the Lucky VIP homepage for the first time, but “VIP” is unlikely to be among them. Three words beginning with “B” are more likely to come instead; blocky, basic, and boring. Players who go looking for VIP casinos expect something sophisticated, elegant, and full of potential. Lucky VIP doesn’t tick any of those boxes. Even its welcome promotion, which looks impressive at first with its promise of a £555 matched deposit, is ruined by the x50 wagering required attached to it. It’s definitely not one of the stronger Kitty Bingo sister sites.

Rialto Casino logo

We have kinder things to say about Rialto Casino than we do about the other Kitty Bingo sister sites that came from the Daub Alderney platform, but it’s still a lesser casino than it was before it received its 2022 redesign. Like Grosvenor Casinos and The Vic, Rialto Casino is another site with a real-world counterpart. It’s The Rialto Grosvenor Casino on Coventry Street in London. That’s what saves the digital version from being average. There are several live-streamed games at Rialto Casino that are “beamed” directly from the real-life venue, plus a fuller range of casino games than you’ll find at most of the Kitty Bingo sister sites. To round off its proposition, Rialto Casino also has loyalty perks. It’s still not on the level of Grosvenor Casinos, but it’s not bad. We’re not sure why it puts such a heavy focus on games provided by Novomatic, though.

Spin and Win logo

In terms of appearance, Spin and Win isn’t a million miles away from Lucky VIP or Regal Wins, but it has the benefit of a brighter colour scheme. That makes it look more exciting a casino to play at, even if there’s nothing to pick between these Kitty Bingo sister sites when it comes to the games they offer. In fact, if anything, Spin and Win has fewer casino games. The portfolio of Spin Wins isn’t so much wide and deep as it is meticulously curated, with plenty of variety packed into a collection of around four hundred options. Spin and Win does better than most of the “pure casino” Rank Interactive sites with its welcome promotion, which is worth up to £500 in matched deposit bonuses but comes with “only” an x40 wagering requirement. That’s higher than the UK average but lower than you’ll find at plenty of iGaming sites on this platform.

The Vic Casino logo

Of all the things that The Rank Group is known for, it’s perhaps best known for being the proud owner of the Grosvenor Casino chain in both real life and in the digital realm. We’ve already looked at the Grosvenor Casinos iGaming site and the official casino site of The Rialto, but there’s a third member of the Kitty Bingo sister sites family that has a connection to a real Grosvenor Casinos venue, and that’s The Vic. This is the official site of perhaps the most famous of all the brick-and-mortar Grosvenor Casino venues – The Victoria in London. However, it’s the worst of the three casinos to play at. Most of the website is there for people who want to know more about the venue than it is for those who want to play online casino games. There are still a few games here to play, but you’ll find far more range at any other casino on the Rank Interactive platform.

Kitty Bingo operator – Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited

rank interactive casinos logo

The Rank Group has gone through a series of transformations during its long history, evolving from operating only physical gambling venues to launching iGaming sites. Before 2022, its online casinos were split between two trading styles, Daub Alderney Limited and Rank Digital, each of which held a separate licence from the UK Gambling Commission. However, both networks were shut down that year, and their respective casino sites united as one to form Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Despite clearly having “Gibraltar” in its name, the company is currently based in Maidenhead. Perhaps it plans to relocate in the future. Prior to this extensive restructuring, Daub Alderney received a multi-million-pound penalty from the UK Gambling Commission, which may or may not have played a role in the decision to close it down and merge the two networks. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited now operates under a fresh UKGC license without any mention of the substantial fine.

The Rank Group is well-known for owning and operating Grosvenor Casino and Mecca Bingo, two leading brands in both the online and offline gambling worlds. While Mecca Bingo is the second-largest physical bingo brand, Grosvenor Casino has the largest physical casino network in the UK. The Rank Group has a rich history dating back to the 1930s and now has a workforce of approximately 8,000 people located in 160 venues throughout the UK and other European nations – primarily Spain and Belgium. Although the UK is its primary market, the company now serves Spanish players with several exclusive iGaming sites. The latest available figures reveal that the company generates annual revenue of over £325 million, cementing its position as a major player in the industry.

Kitty Bingo Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

Kitty Bingo’s welcome bonus gives your first bet at the site quite a boost. When new players stake their first £5 on bingo, they can claim a £25 bingo bonus by entering the code “KITTY” in the bingo lobby. Unlike most welcome promotions, this bonus arrives without any wagering requirement attached to it. It’s delivered as cash, and if you win any cash from it, it’s yours to withdraw. The bonus might not be big, but the terms couldn’t be any fairer.

Other Promotions

The centrepiece of all the promotions at Kitty Bingo is the site’s loyalty rewards scheme. Unfortunately, it isn’t very good. The biggest problem is that players can’t actually rack up any loyalty points for playing bingo games; instead, they receive one for every £1 they spend on slots or arcade games. The exchange rate for turning points back into cash is 1000 – 1. You haven’t read that incorrectly; you only get £1 in bonus cash for every £1000 you spend on slots. That’s already a terrible offer even before you consider the x20 wagering requirement that bonus money generated this way is saddled with. For these reasons, the numerous daily, weekly and seasonal bonuses that Kitty Bingo offers are more likely to provide you with genuine fun.

Top Games at Kitty Bingo

While slots get more prominence at Kitty Bingo than you’d expect them to get at a bingo site – possibly as a consequence of their connection to the loyalty rewards – the real top games at the site are its bingo rooms. Several of them are likely to be well-known to you already if you’re a bingo aficionado; rooms like the official “Deal or No Deal” bingo games or Emoji Bingo. If you’re looking for something more unique, though, you’ll find that Kitty Bingo has several appropriately cat-themed bingo rooms, including Kitty 90, Speed Bingo and more. There are options here for every ball count and every budget, with new rooms opening at a rate of three or four per minute.

Customer Support and Licensing

Customer service isn’t difficult to come by at Kitty Bingo. Players can contact a representative for free over the phone by calling 0800 279 3221, use the live chat function, or submit a message via the contact form available on the website. Regulated by the UK Gambling Commission through license number 57924, Kitty Bingo sister sites are operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Given how recently its operating license was granted, it’s not surprising that there are no warnings or fines attached to it at present.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

The selection of withdrawal options at Kitty Bingo might not be extensive, but they’re efficient and prompt. Players are limited to only two methods – UK-registered debit cards or PayPal – which is restrictive compared to major UK casino sites. However, the upside is that these methods offer fast withdrawals, with cleared funds usually credited to customers within fifteen minutes. To guarantee swift access to winnings, you’ll need to ensure that your debit card is authorised for fast withdrawals, which is usually a default feature with most well-known UK banks.

Final Thoughts on Kitty Bingo

Kitty Bingo is probably the second-best bingo site on the Rank Interactive platform. Given that the top bingo site on the platform is Mecca Bingo, there’s no shame in coming second. The site’s loyalty rewards are awful, but there are plenty of other promotions to keep players interested, and the cute kitten-themed bingo rooms have an appeal that’s all their own.

Kitty Bingo is a waste of money. I made a £10 deposit to get the welcome promotion, but the code isn’t valid. The website is very slow to load, and the daily free spins don’t work either. Tony, March 4th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I’m getting spammed by Kitty Bingo. I’ve never asked to join the casino, I don’t gamble, and I’ve asked them multiple times to remove my details. The phone calls keep coming. Jonathan, March 1st 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Kitty Bingo sister sites are operated by thieves. I made my first deposit of £10, and I’ve never been able to access the site since. I eventually got my £10 back several days later after threatening to go to the Gambling Commission.Jason, February 2nd 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I made a deposit of £30 and was playing Kitty Bingo’s casino games when I was interrupted by multiple internal server errors. Even when they started working again, the reels on the slots reset after a couple of spins. I want my money back.Alexander, December 24th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★★
Customer service at Kitty Bingo is awful. I used to get my loyalty bonuses weekly, but now they send them whenever they feel like it. I’ve been having login problems recently, too. I’ll still give it three stars because withdrawals are fast.Nicole, December 16th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
