Gatobet sister sites 2023

Mr Mobi logo

There once was a time when casino websites that were designed for laptop displays didn’t load properly on mobile displays. That time no longer exists, and that’s because more players now play on mobile devices. Casinos are designed for the mobile display first and then adapted for bigger displays. That means Mr Mobi is a relic of a bygone age. There may no longer technically be a need for Mr Mobi to exist, but it’s one of a couple of GatoBet sister sites that present themselves as mobile-focused casinos. They might still be an option for you if your phone is older or otherwise limited and can’t always cope with the biggest and flashiest of modern casinos. For everyone else, though, there’s likely to be limited interest in Mr Mobi. It’s just a little too basic to compete with the bigger and better-rounded casinos on the platform.

Dukes Casino logo

Dukes Casino is one of a great many GatoBet sister sites that dress in the same clothes. By that, we mean they’re all based on the same template. It’s a template that ProgressPlay Limited uses a lot when it’s making casino sites for its white-label business partners, and it gets the job done. All the buttons are where you need them to be, and there are plenty of slots, roulette games and live dealer games to choose from. Dukes Casino has another thing going for it that lifts it above the average sites on this casino platform, though, and that’s access to the impressive ProgressPlay Limited sportsbook. It’s almost hidden as the last option on the menu bar at the top of the screen, but it’s there, and it gives players access to betting on opportunities on an impressive array of more than one hundred sports.

Dazzle Casino logo

It’s been a very long time since anybody described Dazzle Casino as “dazzling.” Based on the design of the homepage, we suspect it looked very “of the moment” when it was brand new in 2012. That’s the same year that ProgressPlay Limited opened for business, so this is one of the very oldest GatoBet sister sites that are still with us today. The big issue with Dazzle Casino is that it hasn’t kept up with the times – it’s largely been left to decay by whoever should be responsible for making sure it receives regular updates. It’s obvious from the selection of “new” games on the Dazzle Casino homepage that there haven’t been any new additions for far too long, and the casino takes altogether too long to load for a site that doesn’t have any major bells or whistles. It’s high time someone gave this casino a new look.

Casino Kings logo

If you like playing slots, but you’re bored of the similar look of most of the GatoBet sister sites, Casino Kings might be the break from the norm you’ve been looking for. It has a look and a user interface that’s all its own, but it isn’t especially complicated or sophisticated. If anything, it’s the opposite by design. Casino King has been formatted for people who want to play classic slots and want to get access to them quickly. While there are plenty of new slots at the site, pride of place is given to established hits from years gone by. Expect to see names like Bonanza and Reel King in prominent positions on the Casino King homepage. There isn’t any sports betting to be had at Casino Kings, and little in the way of live dealer games, either, but that’s not what Casino Kings was made for. It’s a slots-focused casino site, and it’s a good one.

Winissimo logo

Winissimo probably deserves to have a higher profile than it does. It’s one of the most modern-looking of the GatoBet sister sites and has as much to offer as the best of them. You’d expect a casino that was launched as recently as 2019 to look modern, but the user interface of Winissimo (or, to give it its full name, Winissimo Casino & Sportsbook) is clean and elegant. It looks like a prestigious place to play casino games, and that counts for a lot with casual visitors looking for something to tempt them into players. The “casino and sportsbook” part of its name tells you what to expect from the site, but the real ace up Winissimo’s sleeve is that it has lower wagering requirements on its welcome promotion than almost any of the other GatoBet sister sites. If promotions are part of what makes a great casino for you, this one is worthy of a look.

Pots of Gold logo

You don’t need to have been around online casinos for very long to know that a casino called “Pots of Gold” is going to have an Irish theme. There are a few Irish-themed casinos among the GatoBet sister sites, which is par for the course when we’re talking about a casino network as big as ProgressPlay Limited’s is. None of them are especially expressive with their themes because of the limitations of the design template that the operator uses, but Pots of Gold does a better job than most. Aside from its name and the rich, green shade of its background, it has a large pot of gold at the end of a rainbow smack bang in the middle of its homepage. You’ll even find 9 Pots of Gold and a couple of other Irish-themed slots promoted on its homepage, thus enhancing the theme.

BB Casino logo

BB Casino is a perfectly sound, solidly made member of the GatoBet sister sites family. If you want to play online slots, it’s got plenty. If you’d rather play live casino games with real dealers, it’s got plenty of those, too. The problem is that it hasn’t got anything that resembles a sense of personality. BB Casino was made with the same template as Pots of Gold, but Pots of Gold has the benefit of an easily identifiable theme. BB Casino doesn’t have a theme at all. We don’t even know what the “BB” in its name stands for – it never tells us. It does have a slightly nasty trick up its sleeve, though; the welcome promotion makes it sound like all new players are in line for matched deposit bonuses worth £300. The reality is that multiple deposits are required to unlock the full bonus, and the first deposit doesn’t unlock any bonus cash at all.

Gatobet operator – ProgressPlay Limited

progressplay casinos logo

Making sports betting sites was probably the furthest thing from ProgressPlay Limited’s collective mind when the company established itself in Malta in 2012. Its first order of business was acquiring a Malta Gaming Authority licence and then finding a way to compete against the many other casino operators that also have bases on the island. It didn’t take the company long to start making moves in that direction, though. Acquiring a UK Gambling Commission licence gave the company a major boost, as not all of the iGaming companies in Malta have one. Additional licences followed, and now ProgressPlay has access to virtually every important iGaming territory in the world. Scandinavia is important to the company in terms of where it makes its money, but it’s branched out into Canada, too. Its casinos are even available in Japan and India. We believe that about three hundred people work for ProgressPlay, some of whom are stationed in the company’s offices in the UK.

We’ve alluded to the fact that ProgressPlay Limited operates a white-label casino business model quite a few times on this page. The turnkey services that the company offers are adjudged to be some of the best in the business. The company simply wouldn’t have so many white-label business partners if that wasn’t true. In the UK alone, the company has opened over two hundred casino sites, most of which operate (or operated) on a white-label model. We say “operated” because the active portfolio is down to 130 or so these days, which is a consequence of a glut of white-label partners backing out of the industry in recent years.

GatoBet Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

You can probably guess this from the site’s name, but GatoBet is primarily a sports betting website. Many of the GatoBet sister sites are also sports betting websites, but this one tries to differentiate itself from the crowd by focusing heavily on football. It has a casino attached to it, though, and the GatoBet welcome promotion gives you a shot at trying both the sportsbook and the casino at the same time. Deposit and spend £10 as a new player at GatoBet, and you’ll receive a £30 free bet plus thirty free spins on the famous Book of Dead slot. Winnings from this bonus have to be wagered x1 before they’re unlocked for withdrawal.

Other Promotions

GatoBet offers players more control over the bonuses they receive than most online casinos do. Make bets, complete missions and take part in tournaments to earn GatoBet rewards points. These points help you progress through the Gatobet loyalty rewards programme and can also be exchanged for rewards. As this is a sports betting website, most of those rewards are free bets. You could choose free spins in the casino instead, though, and matched deposits and other perks are also available. The choice is yours.

Top Games at GatoBet

There aren’t any “top games” at GatoBet in the casino sense of the word; you could look all the way through the site’s homepage from top to bottom, and you wouldn’t find mention of a single casino game except for Book of Dead, which is mentioned by default because it’s connected to the welcome promotion. Instead, the sportsbook takes centre stage at GatoBet. It’s the same sportsbook that awaits you at the sports-focused GatoBet sister sites, but it’s worthy of note for the sheer scale of it. Players at GatoBet receive as many as fifty thousand betting opportunities every month, with those opportunities divided between over one hundred different sports and competitions.

Customer Support and Licensing

The standard of support available is the same at almost all of the GatoBet sister sites. It’s provided through a portal and is made up of an extensive FAQ section, an “almost” live chat service (there may be a delay of a few minutes for people to reply to your queries), and email support. If you want to use the latter, the address is customersupport@instantgamesupport.com. UK Gambling Commission licence no. 39335, which belongs to ProgressPlay Limited, covers GatoBet. ProgressPlay got a blemish on its licence n May 2022 when the regulator reviewed its processes and identified weaknesses in its handling of customer protection and its anti-money laundering protocols. Rather than facing a formal financial penalty, ProgressPlay paid £175K as a settlement figure.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

The bad news about GatoBet’s withdrawal process is twofold. The most objectionable thing about it is the one per cent fee that’s levied every time you make a withdrawal, which is capped at £3 per transaction. The waiting time can be objectionable, too, though. GatoBet takes a day to process every request, after which it needs several further days to transfer funds. That will be at least three days if you’re using a debit card or PayPal and could be as many as seven. Withdrawals made using an ecoPayz e-wallet are a little better, with a wait of three business days. Neteller can do better than that, with only one additional day needed for transferring cash.

Final Thoughts on GatoBet

GatoBet is a competent sports betting website on a network that’s full of competent sports betting websites. The ProgressPlay Limited sportsbook is excellent, but all of the sports-focused GatoBet sister sites also have access to it. GatoBet doesn’t do anything special to make it stand out from those other sites, so it comes across as run-of-the-mill.

Gatobet Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about GatoBet. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

★★★★
GatoBet is a really bad betting site. They ask for all kinds of ID, and they’re very particular about the format. I’ve met all their conditions, and I’ve still been waiting three weeks for a withdrawal. Never spend a penny here. Mark, February 2nd 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
They took deposits from me without asking me a single question, but when I won something, they wouldn’t pay me unless I sent them enough personal information for them to be able to commit identity fraud. I’m honestly worried about how much information I’ve given them.Michael, January 29th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Stay away from this terrible company. They ask for your whole life story before they agree to pay you. Customer service here is dreadful, and the sign-up offer is useless because you have to wager it.Jak, September 14th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
There’s no point playing at GatoBet; they won’t send you your money.Lou, September 13th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I can’t decide whether this site is run by liars or whether they’re just incompetent. They kept me waiting ten days for a withdrawal. I had to chase them for an update, and they claimed they’d sent me an email asking for further ID. I’ve received plenty of other emails from them, but not that one. I’m suspicious. Gordon, August 25th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
