Play Jango sister sites 2023

Lucky Louis logo

Is Lucky Louis the oldest swinger in town? Perhaps that’s an unkind way of describing the host of this Skill On Net casino site, but the way he’s dressed when he greets us on the site’s homepage makes him look like he might have been the grandfather of the whole hipster fashion movement. Lucky Louis showcases the creativity of the operator. You won’t find a more character-driven, eccentric casino than this anywhere across the Play Jango sister sites. Not everything about that statement is positive. The unusual presentation of Lucky Louis (based on the idea of the casino being contained within our host’s home) makes the user interface a little difficult to navigate in places. Even when you’ve learned your way around, you’ll find that the casino has considerably fewer games to offer than most of the sites on this platform. That’s not to say that Lucky Louis isn’t good, but there’s more style here than substance.

Prime Scratchcards logo

Prime Scratchcards isn’t what it sounds like. By that, we mean that it sounds like an iGaming site that focuses purely on digital scratchcards and excludes other types of casino games. It would be true to say that scratchcards get more attention at Prime Scratchcards than at any of the other Play Jango sister sites, but other forms of casino entertainment aren’t excluded. They outnumber scratchcards at the site massively. Players at Prime Scratchcards have about fifty instant-win games to choose from when they register with the casino, which compares to more than four thousand slots. We’re not sure why Skill On Net Limited has chosen to plough four thousand slots into Prime Scratchcards when it offers fewer than that at some of its specialist online slots sites, but maybe it has something to do with Prime Scratchcards being the second site it ever launched. It’s now more than fifteen years old.

AHTI Games logo

The UK market is very important to Skill On Net Limited’s business model. However, Skill On Net Limited has its fingers in pies way beyond the UK’s shores. The operator holds licenses that allow it to operate in Scandinavia, which explains how AHTI Games came to be. The word “AHTI” (the choice to write it in capital letters was made by them – we’re just reflecting it) is the name of an old Finnish god who had dominion over the seas. Think of him as the Finnish equivalent of Poseidon. This is all high-concept stuff for what is, at the end of the day, a humble casino site, so let’s pay closer attention to the substance of AHTI Games. The most important thing to know about it is that it contains more than 4200 games, which means that it hosts every single game that Skill On Net Limited has access to. That honour has been bestowed on very few of the Play Jango sister sites, which suggests that perhaps there’s something special about this one.

Lucky Niki logo

There aren’t many casinos out there that take their inspiration from the ancient Japanese art of ninjitsu – but then again, there aren’t many casino networks out there like Skill On Net Limited. This martial arts-themed member of the Play Jango sister sites family has the benefit of being stocked with some exclusive games from the operator’s in-house development team, which goes by the name of Green Valley Games. One of those games – the appropriately-titled Ninja Master – is the most popular game on the entire site and is also attached to its welcome promotion. Promotions aren’t among the things that Lucky Niki does best, but in fairness, we could say that about a lot of the casinos on this platform. It’s a mean and moody-looking iGaming site, and its graphics could be a little better than they are, but if you’re looking for something original, Lucky Niki has it.

Miami Jackpots logo

Miami Jackpots is one of the most stylish of the Play Jango sister sites. It manages to be minimal in its design without looking spartan, and the retro font of the logo goes well with the neon of the graphics on the landing page to give the casino a throwback feel. However, this is another of the “lighter” Skill On Net Limited casinos, by which we mean that it has far less gaming content than the majority of sites on the network. Miami Jackpots declines to state precisely how many games it offers, but we believe it to be somewhere in the region of one thousand. While that’s lower than the likes of Play Jango, we should point out that it’s still considerably more than you’ll find at the average online casino. However, another thing we should point out is that the casino doesn’t make the terms and conditions of its promotions clear, which is a party foul.

Slot Stars logo

You know exactly what you’re going to get from Slot Stars as soon as you see the casino’s name. Several of the Play Jango sister sites focus on slots, but few do so as specifically as Slot Stars do – or offer as much choice in the process. The total number of slots at this casino is in excess of three thousand, with more new games added on a weekly basis. If live casino games aren’t for you and you’re only interested in playing slots, Slot Stars might be right up your street. There are things to be aware of before you play here, though, one of which is the fact that customer support at the casino is limited to email only. That’s far from ideal if you’re struggling to get a withdrawal approved and you’re in need of assistance. Sites like Mega Casino offer just as many slots but with better support.

Genting Casino logo

The logo of Genting Casino is a familiar site in many a British town and city. There are several places in the UK where Genting Casino venues are the only brick-and-mortar gaming premises in town. If you don’t want to go outside or your town doesn’t have a local Genting venue, you can do the next best thing and visit the online version of Genting Casino, which is one of the Play Jango sister sites. The fact that the people who own Genting Casino entrusted Skill On Net with the responsibility of building the site is a compliment to the operator, as there would have been nothing to stop them from making an online casino of their own. That being said, the Genting Casino website is overdue for an update. Its visuals could do with an upgrade, and some upward revisions to the bonuses and promotions on offer wouldn’t go amiss either.

PlayJango operator – Skill On Net Limited

skill on net casinos logo

Skill On Net Limited is best known for being the casino operator behind PlayOJO. That’s one of the UK’s biggest casino sites and is also popular elsewhere in Europe. The popularity of the casino helps to sustain the company that came up with it, but there are several other successful casinos on the Skill On Net platform. Its UK Gambling Commission licence covers over fifty sites, and there’s no suggestion that the company is done making new ones yet. It’s had plenty of time to reach that number, having launched its first site way back in 2005. That first site was Prime Casino, which remains active. You’ll find the head office of Skill On Net in Cyprus, but the company also has offices in the UK and another one in Malta.

The casinos on the Skill On Net platform are around a fifty-fifty mix of casinos that it operates directly, and casinos that it operates in conjunction with a third party. These white-label casinos are generally built to order – and Play Jango is one of them. Under the terms of these third-party arrangements, Skill On Net provides regulatory backing for the site, builds and codes it, and supplies it with games. It might even make some of those games in-house, as the operator also owns the Green Valley Games development studio. By running its own casinos, running casinos with other people, and developing casino games in-house, Skill On Net Limited demonstrates that it’s an iGaming company capable of almost anything.

Play Jango Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

The welcome offer at Play Jango isn’t good enough for us to say the casino rolls out the red carpet to new players. It’s more of an amber carpet. As a new player, you can claim a one hundred per cent matched deposit by depositing somewhere between the minimum of £10 and the maximum of £25, plus twenty-five free spins to go with the bonus funds. The wagering requirement attached to the bonus funds is x30, which is reasonable, but that goes up to x60 for any free spins winnings, which is far less reasonable.

Other Promotions

As a rule, the Play Jango sister sites offer a six-level VIP reward scheme to loyal players. Play Jango itself is not an exception to that rule. If you make it to the highest levels, you could get real-world rewards, dedicated account management with tailored bonuses, limitless deposits, instant withdrawals and plenty of other rewards. Be warned, though – the monthly spend required to get to those levels is massive. We’re talking £1000 per month or more to reach the third level and five figures to go beyond that. The top two levels are only open to those who are invited to them. If that sort of spending is out of the question for you, the casino separately offers small daily rewards.

Top Games at Play Jango

Play Jango shares its games portfolio with several of the bigger sites on the Skill On Net Limited platform, which means that the games that are popular here tend to be the same slots and games that are popular elsewhere on the network. The best evidence for that is the fact that Book of Dead is listed in first place as the single most popular slots game at Play Jango, just as it is at so many Play Jango sister sites. The Egyptian-themed classic is a little long in the tooth now, but still a big hit with players. Big Bass Bonanza by Reel Kingdom isn’t anything like as old, but it still feels like a classic because it’s had such an influence on other slots. It’s the second most popular game at Play Jango and almost single-handedly made the fishing genre of casino games popular. The third most popular game at the time we wrote this review was a police-themed slots game by iSoftBet called Max Win WPD, which is temporarily exclusive to Skill On Net casinos ahead of its general release. Whether it can maintain its popularity when it can be played elsewhere remains to be seen.

Licensing and Customer Support

Play Jango is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence 39326, which belongs to its parent company, Skill On Net Limited. The licence is currently clean and free of any regulatory actions or fines. Customers who require assistance can open live chat and speak to staff at the casino between 6am and midnight or send an email to support@playjango.com.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

The FAQ section of Play Jango doesn’t explicitly state how long it might take for a withdrawal to be processed once it’s been requested. We know the bigger sites on the Skill On Net platform can provide same-day withdrawals for customers using e-wallets or Trustly, but we can’t confirm whether that’s the case here. We can confirm that both Trustly and PayPal are accepted, though, along with all major debit cards and Apple Pay.

Final Thoughts on Play Jango

Play Jango was likely so named because the people who made it hoped it would become as big a hit as Play OJO, which is comfortably the most popular of the Skill On Net sites. Unfortunately for them, it falls some way short of that mark. That’s nothing to be ashamed of, though – most casinos do. Play Jango still offers thousands of great casino games, but the low quality of its promotions makes it a little less appealing.

PlayJango Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about Play Jango. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

★★★★
I’m only giving Play Jango one star because this site won’t allow me to give them no stars. The casino claims to have 24-hour support, but that’s not true. The live chat is just a bot, and it goes round in circles. I’ve been waiting for money for two weeks, and nobody can tell me what’s happening with it. Chancers, November 5th 2022. Source TrustPilot.

★★★★
I’m disgusted by Play Jango, they let me make small withdrawals with no issues, but when I won £384, they asked me for further ID. No matter what I send to them, they won’t verify it, and I can’t get my money. I’ve been playing at casino sites for fourteen years, and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Nadine, October 19th 2022. Source – TrustPilot.

★★★★
This casino doesn’t have any customer service. I’m being asked to verify my account with a code that should be sent to my mobile phone, but I haven’t received the code. I’ve emailed several times about this but heard nothing back.Sandeep, July 2nd 2022. Source – TrustPilot.

★★★★★
The quality of customer care at Play Jango is abysmal. I’ve been trying to speak to someone through live chat for two days without any success. It’s a shame, as the selection of games is good, and the gameplay seems to be OK.Tony, May 16th 2022. Source – TrustPilot.

★★★★
I only joined Play Jango quite recently, but they’ve already restricted my account after I made a few deposits, and I have no idea why. Now I can’t play, and I still have money in my account, which I can’t withdraw. They shouldn’t be allowed to carry on like this.Marie, December 4th 2021. Source – TrustPilot.
