Mr Spin sister sites 2023

Casino 2020 logo

Casino 2020 went live at the end of 2019, which is a smarter trick than it initially sounds like. At the end of 2019, just like the end of every year, casino fans searched Google for exciting new casinos to play in for 2020. The repeated use of “casino 2020” in those search terms meant that the players ended up at Casino 2020, where many of them registered accounts. In fact, so many of them registered accounts that we’re mildly surprised there aren’t additional Mr Spin sister sites called Casino 2021 and Casino 2022. There’s more to Casino 2020 than its gimmicky name – it was awarded “Best New Slots Site” for 2021 from the BingoPort Players Choice Awards ceremony. The second rush of attention it got when it bagged that award is probably the reason Casino 2020 didn’t fizzle out at the end of 2020 and is instead still in rude health today even as time ticks on.

Bonus Boss logo

The idea of playing at all online casinos is to have fun, but Bonus Boss is more fun than any of the other casinos on the platform. A mafia theme would be a questionable choice for a casino site if it were delivered badly, but the cartoonish approach of Bonus Boss gets it absolutely right. It’s the best-looking of the Mr Spin sister sites and offers some – but not all – of the best bonus promotions available on the platform. You’ll find unique games at all of the casinos on this network, but Bonus Boss is the only one that hosts slots based on its theme. The Spinfather, which stars “The Boss” character in the title role, is one of the most entertaining slots Slot Factory has ever come up with and can be tried out free of charge thanks to the Bonus Boss no-deposit welcome promotion.

Pocket Win logo

There are casinos that work well on mobile devices, and there are casinos that were designed specifically for mobile devices. Pocket Win fits into the latter category. That’s a consequence of the time that Pocket Win was made in. It’s one of the oldest Mr Spin sister sites (only mFortune is older) and belongs to a time when it wasn’t a given that your favourite online casino would work as well on your phone as it did on your computer. Sites like Pocket Win were developed as alternatives to desktop/laptop-based online casinos. Most of them have long since shut down because mobile technology has caught up to the point they’re unnecessary, but Pocket Win is still ticking because it’s a quality casino regardless of which platform it’s played on. It might not be the most glamorous of the In Touch Games casinos, and it’s showing its age in a few aspects of its design, but the games it offers aren’t affected by that.

mFortune logo

If you’re looking for Mr Spin sister sites, the best place to start is with mFortune. This is the flagship casino site on the In Touch Gaming Limited platform, so it doesn’t make sense for players to start anywhere else. When In Touch launched mFortune in 2007, it did so with the intent of shaking up the online casino scene with a new kind of casino – one that offered exclusive games that couldn’t be found anywhere else and did away with content made by other providers. Nobody was sure it would work, but it achieved so much success that it gave birth to the entire network of casinos you see on this page today. Because it’s the premier site in the range, mFortune has more depth than its siblings. The promotions it offers – especially its loyalty shop prizes – are more substantial than those of Mr Spin or any of the other casinos. It offers more games, too, with over 100 in its library. They’re both fine reasons to give mFortune a try.

Dr Slot logo

If you’re looking for a casino site with unique slots, Dr Slot has just the prescription. Puns aside, this member of the Mr Spin sister sites family has a singular focus. There isn’t much in the way of casino content other than slots at any of the In Touch Games casinos, but Dr Slot does away with bingo, card games and roulette altogether to focus on its core range of slots. It had just eight to offer when it opened in 2018, but its sparse portfolio didn’t bother the critics who reviewed it. WhichBingo thought so much of the casino’s potential that they named it the best new site of the year when it held its annual awards ceremony in 2019, which must really have upset casino networks that had packed their new sites full of hundreds of games. Dr Slot has beefed up its range considerably since then, so if it’s slots you’re after, this is where to find them.

Jammy Monkey logo

We’ve been broadly positive about all of the Mr Spin sister sites thus far, but this is where that train ends. Launched in 2021, Jammy Monkey is the newest of the casinos on the In Touch platform. That ought to mean that it reaps the benefit of all of the casino operator’s many years of experience and, therefore, eclipses the rest of the sites when it comes to style, substance, or both. Instead, Jammy Monkey is comfortably the least exciting casino on the network. It lacks character and personality, feeling and looking half-finished and empty. Mr Spin isn’t the most charismatic casino site either, but Mr Spin makes up for it with promotions and variety. Jammy Monkey doesn’t have either of those things going for it either. The problem with Jammy Monkey isn’t so much that it’s bad as that it isn’t the best of the Mr Spin sister sites at anything that it does, and that’s reason enough to rank it last among them.

Cashmo logo

Cashmo might be ranked last on our list of Mr Spin sister sites, but you’ll already know if you’ve read our assessment of Jammy Monkey that we don’t think it’s the worst casino In Touch Games has ever launched. This is yet another award winner on a casino network that’s full of award winners. Three of those awards have come from the BingoPort Players’ Choice Awards ceremonies, one of which (“Best New Slots Site”) went to Cashmo in 2020 in recognition of the casino’s solid and promising start after launching in 2019. Cashmo could be considered a spiritual successor to Pocket Win in that both casinos are mobile-optimised and built specifically for players who only ever play on their phones, but it actually looks more like Mr Spin. If you’re looking for something as close as possible to Mr Spin, Cashmo is the casino you want.

Mr Spin operator – In Touch Games Limited

in touch games casinos logo

There was a time when In Touch Games Limited was the biggest of all the independent casino operators in the United Kingdom. That time began somewhere around 2007 and ended in 2022. In Touch Games actually existed long prior to 2007, as it opened its doors as an entertainment company in 2001 and supplied hardware and software to jukeboxes and amusement machines in pubs. It changed its approach in 2007 and started making online casinos instead and never looked back. Over the next fifteen years, In Touch Games collected awards and acclaim as it rose through the rankings and even briefly sponsored West Bromwich Albion, which is the closest professional football team to its base in Halesowen. However, the £3.4m fine it got from the UK Gambling Commission in March 2021 brought the good times to an end.

It’s impossible to know for sure, but it looks like the fine brought In Touch Games to a juddering halt just when it had been building momentum. It had launched a new casino every year until then. The sponsorship deal with West Brom came to an end, new casinos stopped appearing, and the company went quiet. Then, in September 2022, it was confirmed that rival iGaming company Skywind Holdings had completed a full takeover of the company. The deal includes all of the In Touch Casinos, Slot Factory, and any other assets that the company held, thus ending its era of independence. The In Touch Games brand name still exists for now, but Skywind may eventually decide to retire it in favour of its own.

Mr Spin Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

No matter which of the Mr Spin sister sites you play at, you’ll find a similar idea behind their welcome promotions. One of the promotions is a “no deposit” promotion to tempt you in, and the other is more substantial. The no-deposit promotion at Mr Spin is fifty free spins as soon as you register an account with the casino> The spins can only be used on selected slots, and an x40 wagering requirement is imposed on anything you’re fortunate enough to win. Players who use that bonus, enjoy it and are hungry for more can claim a 100% matched deposit on their first deposit up to a maximum of £100. The same x40 wagering requirement is still attached.

Other Promotions

Ongoing promotions tend to be a weakness at most Mr Spin sister sites, but not at mFortune or Mr Spin. Both casinos have access to a “loyalty shop,” where players can trade in the points they earn for playing games and making regular deposits. Some of the prizes in the loyalty shop are a little zany, whereas others are practical. If you fancy a Tassimo coffee machine, it could be yours for 11,000 points. If you’d prefer a Shark vacuum cleaner, that’s more expensive at 35,000 points. 80,000 points will get you an “American” fridge freezer, but a Hotpoint washing machine is available for a little more than half of that tally. Smaller promotions do exist at Mr Spin and are changed constantly, but the loyalty store is where all the action’s at.

Top Games at Mr Spin

If you’ve been paying attention thus far, you’ll know that the Mr Spin sister sites family is a closed shop. In Touch Games doesn’t work with any providers other than Slot Factory (which it owns), so the only games in the Mr Spin library come from the in-house design team. That’s both a strength and a weakness. It means the most popular slots and games from elsewhere aren’t here, but it also means that what is here is original and exclusive. There are some innovative themes at play, such as the “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here” inspired Bushtucker Bonanza slot. Several of the slots replicate the features of other, more popular slots; Fishin’ for Wins, for example, is a near-clone of Big Bass Bonanza. Wild Wolf Moon offers more than a little of its inspiration to Wolf Gold. Look hard enough, and you’ll find something to suit every taste and every genre.

Licensing and Customer Support

Mr Spin has the benefit of being covered by a UK Gambling Commission licence, and that licence is held by In Touch Games Limited under reference number 2091. There are problems with the licence, though – in March 2021, In Touch Games paid a £3.4m fine after the UKGC deemed it guilty of failing to identify problem gamblers, breaching marketing regulations, having inadequate anti-money laundering processes and other offences. There have been further conditions attached to its licence ever since. If you need customer support at Mr Spin, you can live chat with an operative or send an email. The casino offers no telephone support.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Withdrawals from Mr Spin can be made to PayPal accounts, standard debit cards, or via World Pay. Apple Pay is also there as an option for Apple customers. Deposits can be made via all those methods, plus Paysafe cards and Pay By Mobile. You should get your withdrawals within a day of asking for them, but Mr Spin advises that a five-day turnaround may apply in certain circumstances.

Final Thoughts on Mr Spin

Mr Spin is very much the hidden gem of the In Touch Games Limited network. It’s never won awards, but it’s arguably more deserving of one than some of its sister sites which have. The loyalty store is an eccentric but accessible reward scheme, and some of the games are very imaginative. You’ll like Mr Spin if you’re looking for something new, but not if you’re after a more conventional casino experience.

Mr Spin Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about Mr Spin. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

★★★★
Don’t install the app, don’t play here. They’re awful. It’s all take – I’ve had no wins in three months, no matter when I play or what I spend. Ed, November 9th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I had to take Mr Spin to court to make them pay out. Even when they did pay out, it was only one day before the deadline that the court ordered. I proved that they’d breached licence conditions by not paying me. Beware of them. Lawrence, October 17th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I’ve sent them a letter before court action because their response to my complaint says they’ll pay me my funds, but they still haven’t done so. Nikki, October 17th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Mr Spin should be called Mr Scam. I’ve been trying to get the princely sum of £13 out of them for more than a week. They asked for my phone bill, then my photo ID, then my phone bill again. The reasons they’re giving me for these objections are nonsense. Vicky, October 6th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Don’t use this disgusting site. If you want to withdraw money, they’ll ask you for every form of ID out there. I’ve shown them everything possible, and they still won’t pay me anything. Ladbrokes and William Hill pay me with no issues. Lisa, September 20th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★★
You can spend money here with no checks performed at all, but if you want something back, they’ll ask for a thousand pieces of ID. I’ve sent bank statements, pictures, and photos of my bank card, and it still isn’t enough. I’ve been waiting for £800 for three months now. I’ve had to make an official complaint. September 14th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
