BetTarget sister sites 2023

Wild Slots logo

Wild Slots is a very solid-looking casino site that never quite threatens to climb above that level and become spectacular. We like the site’s theme and graphics; the wild-animal theme is well-realised, and the orange-red colour scheme brings the whole site to life. It may have been made with the same template that was used in the design stage of at least half of the BetTarget sister sites, but it looks like more than the sum of its parts thanks to clever colour and graphic choices. We have a couple of nitpicks, though.

The Wild Slots welcome promotion is worth a maximum of £50, and that’s low compared to the best casinos on the platform. Also, we’re not totally convinced by the suggestion on one of the (many) scrolling banners on the homepage that Wild Slots offers “exclusive” games. We haven’t seen any exclusive games here, and as there are 1300+ slots here anyway, it’s not a claim that needs to be made if it isn’t true. Still, there are definitely worse BetTarget sister sites you could be playing at.

Neptune Play logo

Neptune is, famously, the king of the land beneath the sea in Roman mythology. He’s based on the Greek god Poseidon. For whatever reason, he’s a figure that turns up repeatedly at online casinos. Here’s here again at Neptune Play, but we daresay we’ve seen him looking better elsewhere. Neptune Play isn’t like most BetTarget sister sites. Almost all of them – BetTarget included – are white-label casino sites and were put together for paying customers of AG Communications.

It’s not the operator’s standard business model to keep hold of casinos and operate them directly, but it’s done so with Neptune Play and also with Jambo Casino. In the case of Neptune Play, we find ourselves wondering why. It’s an ugly, old-looking casino that lacks unique appeal. It’s also recently started listing the values of its jackpots and promotions in Euros rather than British pounds, so we suspect that it may soon withdraw from the UK market altogether. If it does, we can’t imagine too many players will notice or care.

Trada Casino logo

If you happened to visit these BetTarget sister sites in the same order we’ve mentioned them, you’d start to see some similarities by now. The colours of the casino websites might change along with their logos and their names, but the framework they’re built on remains the same. You’ll find (broadly) the same games on the homepages of the sites, and you’ll note that they’re in the same order. You might even start to recognise the values of some of the promotions, as they tend to be copied and pasted from one site to another, too.

That’s all fine if all you want from the BetTarget sister sites is more than the same, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking for a pinch of variety to spice things up. We can say something for Trada Casino that we haven’t been able to say for the other AG Communications sites we’ve looked at so far, though – it has a virtual sports betting section. It’s a strange fit for the site, but it’s there.

Greenplay logo

BetTarget sister sites don’t come much more basic than this one. If we asked you to describe the homepage of the Greenplay casino site to us after a brief visit, the first thing you’d be likely to come out with is “it’s green.” As a follow-up, you might say, “it’s got a robot on it.” Both statements are accurate. The problem is that you’d find yourself struggling to say much more about it even after spending an hour or two poking around the casino.

Greenplay might even like it that way; there’s a section beneath the games collection on the homepage of the AG Communications sites where casinos often like to type a paragraph or two and explain why they’re worth your time and money. Greenplay has left that section blank as if it prefers to remain anonymous. In fact, there’s a sense that the homepage is a little neglected in general these days – most casinos on this platform boast about having more than 1300 slots and games, but Greenplay boasts of having “just” 900 instead.

Slot Jerry logo

While we were talking about Trada Casino, we said how odd it was that it’s ostensibly a traditional casino site, but it has a separate area for virtual sports betting. As it turns out, it’s not the only one of the BetTarget sister sites to go with this strange combination – it’s also present at Slot Jerry. The oddest thing about it is that AG Communications provides access to a real sportsbook for any white-label casino customer who wants it.

Common sense suggests there’s more money to be made from offering a real sportsbook – in the style of BetTarget itself, perhaps – than there is to be made from offering virtual sports betting. We have to assume there’s a reason for sites like Slot Jerry and Trada Casino to have made the choices that we’ve made, but it’s one that’s lost on us. Other than that, Slot Jerry is a little more colourful than your average member of the BetTarget sister sites family but doesn’t offer anything new.

Spinson logo

There are certain names that just scream “online slots casino.” Spinson is one of them. You can rest assured that you’ll find plenty of slots to play with if you visit this casino – which is, perhaps, not the best news if you’re looking for BetTarget sister sites that are a better match for BetTarget itself. Spinson is a casino with hidden depths, though. It has the same portfolio of (around) 1300 slots that you’ll find at every other casino on the AG Communications Limited platform, but it also has live casino gambling and virtual sports betting.

That makes it directly comparable to both Trada Casino and Slot Jerry, plus a few more BetTarget sister sites that we haven’t mentioned in this highlight list. You only have to take a cursory glance at Spinson to realise it’s a prettier iGaming site than either of the two we’ve mentioned higher up this list, but beneath its good looks, it offers the same content.

BetTarget operator – AG Communications Limited

ag communications casinos logo

AG Communications Limited’s considerably large platform of iGaming sites includes several that offer sports betting but few that genuinely specialise in it the way that BetTarget does. That’s probably not a conscious choice on the part of AG Communications. Instead, it’s down to the whims of the many white-label business partners that the casino operator has. It’s these third-party entities that decide what they want on the casinos they pay for. AG Communications merely builds the casinos to the specification provided, ensures they’re always full of games, covers them with its operating licenses and provides as much back-office support as is required. If more people wanted specialist sports betting websites, there would be more of them to point to among the operator’s portfolio of around sixty sites.

It’s only in the UK that you’ll find the AG Communications Limited name in use. Everywhere else in the world that BetTarget is available, the casino sister sites are operated by Aspire Global. There’s a simple reason for that; AG Communications is a trading style of Aspire Global, and Aspire Global only uses the trading style in the UK market, where it holds an operating licence under that name. The company also holds licenses that allow it to operate in another thirty countries. There are over 170 casinos on the operator’s platform, but most don’t accept players from the UK. Aspire Global’s whole world changed in mid-2022 when it was bought by NeoGames. Prior to that, it had been independent, and in control of its own destiny since the day it opened in Malta in 2005.

BetTarget Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

BetTarget is primarily a sports betting website, so let’s start with its welcome promotion for sports fans. It’s an easy one to understand; deposit and bet £15, and get a free £10 bet. The qualifying bet must be made on a contest or event with odds of 1/1 or more. The £10 free bet token can only be spent on odds of 4/5 minimum. Deposits made using e-wallets don’t trigger the bonus.

If you’re more interested in playing casino games than betting on sports (in which case, why are you at BetTarget?), then you can claim two hundred free spins by depositing £10 as a first deposit, £20 as a second deposit, and then £20 again as a third deposit. Anything won from the bonus spins has to be wagered x35 before anything can be withdrawn.

Other Promotions

From that promising pair of welcome bonuses, the promotions at BetTarget quickly trail off. There’s nothing else on the table at all if you’re a casino games fan – or, at least, there wasn’t at the time we wrote this review. If you’re at BetTarget because you want to bet on sports, you’ll find that things like cashing out, bet builders and boosted odds on combo bets are all listed as promotions. Any experienced sports bettor knows that all of these “promotions” have been standard features at big sports betting sites for a long time, though.

Top Games at BetTarget

The top game at BetTarget is whichever football match is in-play or about to kick off at the time of your visit. It would be wrong for us to say that any casino games are featured as top games at this site because all the casino games are hidden behind a tab. It’s an iGaming site that leads with sports betting so strongly that the casino section is an afterthought. Football is the star of the show at BetTarget, followed in order by tennis, e-football, table tennis, and badminton. Counter-strike appears next, so e-sports and virtual sports are mixed in with traditional sports on the BetTarget homepage. If you’re wondering where all the horse racing is, you’ll find it in a collapsible tap to the right of the homepage.

Customer Support and Licensing

You can get live chat assistance at BetTarget if you need it, but you have to click the “FAQ” option rather than the “contact us” option to get the link. Email and contact form support are also available. BetTarget is licensed with the UK Gambling Commission via licence no. 39483, which is held by AG Communications Limited. The operator has a blot on its copybook from November 2022, when it was fined £237K and warned about its future conduct after the UKGC conducted an investigation and found that some of AG Communications’ white-label partners weren’t doing what they ought to be doing in terms of anti-money laundering checks on customers. Extra operating conditions were attached to the company’s licence at the same time and for the same reason.Withdrawal Speed and Support

The only withdrawal options at BetTarget that offer no chance whatsoever of an instant withdrawal are AstroPay (three days) and old-fashioned bank transfers (two to six days). Everything else can be instant if all goes well. Your best option is to use a PayPal, Skrill or MuchBetter e-wallet, as you’ll wait no more than 48 business hours. That increases to 96 if you’re using Trustly, or perhaps six whole days in some cases with debit cards.

Final Thoughts on BetTarget

BetTarget is probably the best pure sports betting site on the AG Communications Limited platform. It looks the part, it offers odds on all major sports and quite a few that will never be considered major, and it offers flexible betting and early cashouts. That ticks most of the boxes that sports betting fans would want it to tick. We have no major reservations about it save for the mild lack of certainty about withdrawal times.

Bet Target Sister Sites Player Reviews

★★★★
The delays with withdrawals at BetTarget are so unneccesary. They should ask for supporting documents when you sign up, but they don’t – they only ask when you withdraw. The rating I’ve given reflects the poor standard of service I’m getting from the site.Michael, January 20th 2023. Source Trustpilot.

★★★★
Stay away from BetTarget. I’ve opened an account with the site today, but I can’t even place any bets because I keep getting logged out. Customer support told me to check my internet connection, but it’s running at 68mbps. It’s their problem.Shane, December 29th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Don’t use this site. It’s withheld two withdrawals from me for more than six months. They ask me for the same ID time and time again, but I’ve already sent it repeatedly. They’re doing everything they can to avoid paying out, and all I’ve asked for is a few hundred pounds.Kevin, December 14th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
This site is a scam. I followed their instructions to get a free bet when I signed up, but the free bet is impossible to use.Carl, November 18th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Whoever runs this site is unprofessional. I didn’t get the free bet I was promised when I signed up, and the customer support team was no help. One of the people I spoke to tried to tell me that the promotion doesn’t even exist, so I had to send screenshots as proof. I don’t trust anything about this BetTarget, and I’ve closed my account.John, November 14th 2022. Source Trustpilot.
